While we strive to provide quality service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your efforts, circumstances, and commitment.
4. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.
5. Refund Policy
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Refund requests for other services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including documents, videos, graphics, and branding, is the property of The Duncanson Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission.
